Data Deletion Request

info About This Application

This application is developed and operated by ASN Group. User accounts are created and managed externally by the organization or system administrator. The application does not allow users to create accounts directly within the app.

help How to Request Data Deletion

Users may request the deletion of their personal data by:

  • Contacting their organization's system administrator, or
  • Sending an email request to: support@asngroup.ci

Note: Please include sufficient information to identify your account (such as your username or registered email address).

delete Data That Will Be Deleted

Upon verification of the request, the following data may be deleted:

  • remove_circle User authentication information
  • remove_circle Account-related data
  • remove_circle Device identifiers associated with the account
  • remove_circle Any data stored in relation to the user profile

folder_copy Data That May Be Retained

Certain information may be retained when required for:

  • check_circle Legal or regulatory compliance
  • check_circle Security, fraud prevention, or abuse prevention
  • check_circle Internal logging purposes (retained for a maximum of 90 days)

schedule Processing Time

Data deletion requests are processed within 30 days from the date of verification.
